Problem: First column in Activity layout ignores justification
Problem: Unable to left justify the first column
Problem: The Activity ID column appears to be centered even though it is set to left justified
Problem: The justification on the Activity ID Column leaves too much space on the left side of the data
Problem: Unable to remove extra white space in first column in order to condense the column to get more information in the Activity view
Problem: Unable to align the first column title and data.
Problem:

The data in the first column is not aligned appropriately. For example, Right alignment is selected, but the column is left justified.

Fix: This issue is an existing Enhancement Request. It will be considered for a future release

Explanation:
The first column in the layout is always left justified and slightly indented to make it easier to read. It does not adhere to the justification settings. If the Activity ID is the first column and you are using the default column widths, the Activity IDs appear to be centered.  This is for display purposes only. Blank spaces are not added to achieve the indentation.  If the first column data item is moved to another position, that data item it will adhere to the justification settings.

ACTIVITY ID IN 1st COLUMN LEFT JUSTIFIED

ACTIVITY ID IN 2nd COLUMN LEFT JUSTIFIED (also notice that Activity Name is now indented)

Workaround:

Add a dummy column as the first column such as an unused User Defined Field.
In the Columns dialog, select the Edit column button.
Change the New Title field to be a period (.) and set the Width to 13.

Since the Activity ID is no longer the first column, it will adhere to the justification settings.
