| Problem: | How to create a field that will display the Cost to Date as of the previous period. |
| Fix: | 1. Go to Data, Custom Data Items, Resource. Create a resource custom data item called CLP – Cost Last Period. Image may be NSFW. 2. Add this column to the layout by going to Format, Columns. Image may be NSFW. 3. Go to Tools, Global Change. Add a new Global Change with the following specifications: Then: CLP EQ CTD - CTP Image may be NSFW. 4. Run the Global Change. When prompted, choose “Yes” to rerun the current filter. 5. CLP will now be populated with the value representing the difference between Cost to Date (CTD) and Cost this Period (CTP).
