| Problem: | When creating a report using the Report Wizard to display the activity code value for an activity, it displays the entire hierarchical value. Image may be NSFW. |
| Fix: | The report can be modified using the Report Editor. 1. Highlight the report and select the edit icon.This will open the report in the Editor. 2. Locate the activity code field. In this example, Location – World Wide Image may be NSFW. 3. Double-click on the field to bring up the properties window. 4. Change the Cell Object field from Activity to the name of the activity code. In this example, Location – World Wide 5. Change the Cell Field to Activity Code Value. Image may be NSFW. 6. Save the report and Run. You should now see just the child value assigned to the activities. Image may be NSFW. Important Note: Once you make changes to your report using the Editor, you can no longer modify your report using the Wizard or you will lose your report editor changes. |
