| Problem: | How to print the Activity Usage Spreadsheet. |
| Problem: | All print options are greyed out. |
| Problem: | Page Setup, Print Preview, and Print are grayed out. |
| Problem: | Unable to print the Activity Usage Spreadsheet view. |
| Cause: | The Activity Usage Spreadsheet can only be printed when the Gantt Chart is displayed in the top pane of the layout. |
| Fix: | The ability to print the activity usage spreadsheet in the top pane of the layout is an existing Enhancement Request. It will be considered for a future release |
| Fix: | 1. Go to View, Show on Top, and choose Gantt Chart. 2. Go to View, Show on Bottom, and choose Activity Usage Spreadsheet. 3. Go to File, Page Setup, Options. 4. To print only the speadsheet, check “Spreadsheet” and un-check “Activity Table” and “Gantt Chart”. 5. Modify other Page Setup options, as necessary. 6. Go to File, Print, and click “OK”. |
