| Problem: | Customize Layout > Send to Excel has no header in preview |
| Problem: | 1. User creates a Customized Layout in an Expedition log screen and clicks the Send to Excel icon. When previewing the results in MicroSoft Excel there are black boxes in the preview and no title at the top of the preview.

| Cause: | The Title or Header of the Excel spreadsheet has an excessively large font point size. |
| Fix: | 2. From the Excel spreadsheet select View, Header and Footer. The Page Setup window opens. Select the Header/Footer tab, click Custom Header button.
3. Place the cursor at the bottom of the Center section and highlight the enter section by dragging upward. Click the Font button (the ‘A’ button). The font size will be 409, change the font size to a desired size, for example 14. User may have to repeat steps 2 and 3. The Header should appear as expected in preview after making this adjustment to the font size. |

| Fix: | This only occurs when the user’s Layout Options are set to “Layout Number and Title”. From the Control Center, right-click on All Projects and select Layout Options. Select either “Layout Title and Number” or “Layout Title Only” and click OK.
