| Problem: | SureTrak freezes when opening a project. |
| Problem: | SureTrak hangs when opening a project. |
| Problem: | When opening a project, text in the bottom left hand corner reads “Loading layout data” and then the program hangs. |
| Fix: | The shared layouts folder is pointing to an inaccessible location. Go to Tools, Options…, File Locations tab, and change the Layouts folder to a location that is accessible from this computer. |
