Fix: | Forecast Start and Finish dates are found in the Project and WBS views and are available for reports. Forecast Start is defined as:
Note: Definitions are available for all columns by turning on Hint Help on the View menu list. The Forecast Start and Forecast Finish dates can be changed manually, or they can be moved in the Tracking view by dragging and dropping the bar, as follows: Notice that in the Project view, Proj2′s Forecast Start and Forecast Finish are 14 May 07 and 2 June 07 respectively: Switch to the tracking view and open a layout which includes the Project Gantt chart. Notice that when the cursor is held over the end of a Forecast bar, the pointer will change to a double-headed arrow: Holding down the mouse button and dragging will move the bar: Which in turn will change the Forecast Dates: |
