Problem: How to determine activities that should be complete according to the baseline.
Problem: What is the BL Completed Activities Column?
Fix: Project Manager/Project Management has a field that allows you to track activities that should be complete in the current schedule according the baseline.

The field is called BL Completed Activities. By definition the column shows activities that should be currently completed according to the primary baseline. It is computed using the baseline start and finish dates and the current data date.

When this column is added to the layout it will display the number one in the column if the activity should have been completed as of the data date. The column will display a zero if the activity would not have been completed as of the data date.

Note:  If the current schedule is the baseline and there is no actual start on the activity, the baseline dates will continue to move with the activity. When the current schedule is used a zero will appear in the column.
