Problem: | Why doesn’t the cost cancel once the rate is changed to zero? |
Problem: | Changing a resource’s hourly rate back to zero (“0″) does not cancel the respective cost / revenue. |
Problem: | Activity cost / revenue does not reset to zero when a resource rate is changed to zero from Resource Dictionary. |
Fix: | SureTrak behaves this way by design; it is to protect customers from accidentally changing cost / revenue per hour to “0″. Workaround:
