For example, using Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Distiller as the Print driver can create PDF files which can be opened by a non P3 user.

If you do not have access to a print driver with this capability, you can try to recreate the layout in the Bar Chart Graphic report

1. Go to Tools, Graphic Reports, Bar. 
2. Recreate the layout as a portrait image in Primavera Look.
3. Within Look, go to Edit, Select all. 
4. Go to Edit, Copy 
5. Open MS Word or Powerpoint and select Edit, Paste special.  This will paste the image as an enhanced metafile or picture.
6. Send the MS Word or Powerpoint file to the non P3 user.
